Starting here before proceeding to the VENORZS platform will save you time.

______3. Security Deposit Payment of $150.00, and selected monthly payments, or pay in full.
After you're completed VENDORZS application, security deposit & selected monthly
______Expect a congratulations letter with tax deduction benefits, and the New Orleans Special Vendors Permit application and instructions for payment.
____Requires $50.00. This will be removed from your vendor fee.

HOW ARE VENDORS CHALLENGED? Create a booth or stall spending no more than $50.00. * Have a video of you creating your booth or stall. Make sure to keep a list of what you utilize, how much, and where you obtained your material from. This is to be added after your booth or stall is approved and accepted.
REVIEW RULES & REGULATIONS COVID UPDATES Although, the pandemic has eased up greatly. We ask vendors and visitors traveling to the City of New Orleans should take personal responsibility to prevent the further spread of COVID-19, by assessing the individual risk of attending large and/or crowded gatherings, considering face coverings in public, and staying up to date on vaccinations. NOTICE Vendors and visitors are required to present vaccinations, 72 hours of negative tests, and masks are not required.
VENDOR PACKS INCLUDE: *Advertising & PR *(1) 10X6 space assigned or (1) 80x24 stall or inside table provided 56x31 *(1) Folding Table or palette *(2) folding chairs (1) Small battery-operated light *Vendors receive one General Admission ticket and remaining passes at 50% off. Want Your Booth Built In New Orleans? *In the event a vendor has an interest in having their vendor booth or stall designed/constructed in New Orleans, please select on the application.
HOW ARE VENDORS SHOWCASED ONLINE? We will be utilizing ZOOM & the HOPIN platform. *HOPIN allows sponsors, co-sponsors, and vendors through large, medium, and small vendor stalls featuring logos, a schedule that features special appearances, videos &, etc. .
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THE VENDOR'S PACKAGE? Click to review. Food vendors open in January 2023.
PAYMENT IN ADVANCE OR MONTHLY SECURITY DEPOSIT of $150.00 reserves your space. VENDORS can pay in advamce or pay monthly. The final payment deadline is January 15, 2023. In the event that the vendor does not move forward with paying the remaining vendor fee. There are no returns. MONTHLY PAYMENTS PAID BY VENDORS Your monthly vendor payments are to be paid through VENDORZS.

HOW DO I PAY THE SPECIAL VENDOR PERMIT? After vendors, final payment(s) each receives a congratulations letter to vendors including a tax-deductible value and further instructions. The payment is $50.00 and is to be in the form of checks or money orders to The City of New Orleans.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THE VENDOR'S PACKAGE?
PROVIDE A PHOTO OR SKETCH OF PLANNED BOOTH OR STALL Review points of items to be ready to upload to VENDORZS. All vendors must submit a sketch or photo of a previous booth or stall you have already assembled or will assemble. Refer to Green Practices that are to be included.
THERE'S NO TENTS FROM VENDORS Unfortunately, we do not encourage tents to be used within the vendor areas. Instead, we ask that vendors utilize umbrellas. WHAT COLORS OF TENTS ARE ACCEPTABLE? The acceptable colors for umbrellas are black, white, green, or striped black & white. If an umbrella is needed, you may select this on your form for an additional rental fee.

Observe how recycling, repurposing, and staging your displays of products, signage to storage. *Create a fantastic experience for attendees. Here are Challenges for our Vendors: *Showcase products with natural wood, milk crates, wooden palettes, plastic bottles, and even vintage/retro furniture. *All vendors and sponsors are required to incorporate battery - operated lighting.
*Require vendors to reduce paper and trash waste. *Create paperless receipts when possible, *Encourage visitors to sign into an electronic welcome book on your website. *Provide more innovative ways to package your products with fabric wrapping or recycling bubble wrap envelopes or paper by creating pouches.
