2. These are the items to have ready to add to your vendor profile or enter on the Vendor Questionnaire on the Vendorzs app.

A logo and (2) photos of your products to your vendor profile.
Add your Instagram handle to your vendor profile.
Mandatory, include a drawing of your planned booth and or photos of your sustainable or eco booth to your vendor profile.

Add at least one headshot to your vendor profile.
Include your state's business license number.
You will need to complete a Louisiana Special Permit Vending license number for this event. n your vendor questionnaire. This will be sent with an approval letter & application to be completed by the vendor.

We are in our four-year of THERECYCLECHALLENGE, as a global initiative between New Orleans, Colorado, Florida, Germany, and Nigeria. We celebrate culture infused with recycling & the arts.
The month-long Earth Day celebration is from April 14th - May 5, 2025 - Strive to be a family-friendly experience that encourages attendees to enjoy the outdoor music, youth can participate in art projects
to storytelling.

St. Roch Market is our location sponsor that features a chef-centric food hall featuring a thoughtfully-curated mix of local food and beverage talent. We are a destination for the culinarily curious to explore a variety of new cuisines—11 exciting dining options all centered around our award-winning craft cocktail bar, The Mayhaw.

Under the open skies and closed street events, St. Roch Market becomes a lively area with:

Introduction to the culture of New Orleans and Nigerian mixed with recycling costumes and wearable art, there's a different look to the second line, parades, baby dolls, brass bands, performers, and more!
Adding new traditions as paper dresses featuring Queens along with Rose Princesses in line.
No tents are to be set up on St. Roch Street.

RAIN DATE

In the event that rain alters our event, the RAIN DATE is May 12th, and 15th, 2023.

Event Rules and Regulations

The Recycle Challenge can provide your vending set up for an additional $50.00 FOR TWO DAYS.
Vendor Responsibility:
- Vendors are responsible for their own packaging, setup, operation, and teardown of their stalls
- Bring your own table(s) or display cases
- Vendors are also responsible for any damage or liability caused by their presence at the event
NEW ORLEANS VENDORS PERMIT IMPORTANT NOTICE: We welcome vendors from New Orleans, both with or without a vendor’s permit. This is a fantastic opportunity for all local entrepreneurs to gain visibility and connect with the community, regardless of their permit status!

For the vendors at St. Roch Market, The Recycle Challenge was a positive event for our food vendors. Before the pandemic, our sales were flat during this time in April. The French Quarter Fest usually cuts into our foot traffic and sales. There was an increase in sales and traffic from the 5 pm to 10 pm time frame. We generated over 205 transactions with The Recycle Challenge event. "
