RECIPE FOR PAPER BEAD MAKING

RECIPE FOR CREATING PAPER BEADS FROM TRASH
Collect paper from your recycling bin or bag.
2. Shred selected pieces and boil.

Make pulp in a food processor.
5. Drain excess water, mix with wood glue, and form beads by hand. Or if you select to use a mold. Place the mixture into a mold.
6. When dry, drill a hole in each. (For drying place on a baking sheet) . Bake in the oven for a few hours on very low heat). Or let it dry naturally in well-vented area.
7. Paint first coat and let dry.
8. Paint details and let dry.
Painted glossy finish and let dry a couple of days so they don't have a strong smell and are not sticky.
