VOLUNTEERS YOUNGER THAN 11 YEARS OF AGE

Volunteers younger than 11 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians of youth younger than 11 years old, can not drop off youth.

ORGANIZING & FABRICATING RECYCLABLES
When: June 1st to June 7th, 2024
Assist to unpack boxes and bags that contain costumes, props and recycleables items, to be sorted, and organized.
SORTING, CUTTING & FABRICATOR
When: June 8th, 2024 to June 15, 2024
* Learning to prepare various recyclable materials to make fabric, for costumes.
* Responsible for sorting out boxes containing aluminum, plastic, and more.
You will be responsible for cleaning, sorting and prepping recyclables for fabrication.

VOLUNTEERS FOR 100 PAPER DRESSES COMPETITION

Fundraiser Event: 1st week in September
* Spread the word about the competition, directing them to the website to enroll. THIS COMPETITION IS PEOPLE'S CHOICE VOTING, WITH JUDGES PROVIDING FINAL VOTES.

SUSTAINABLE GARDENING & BUILDING GREEN FIXTURES
THE RECYCLE CHALLENGE - CHALLENGES
Volunteers we provide recycled materials including nails & etc.
Challenge One: Create (8) (10x10 height 6ft to 8ft) Portable Pallete Walls That Feature Vertical Gardens
When: August 2024 to October 2024
*The Challenge- repurpose palettes or unwanted wood into vendors' stall

You will be required to have a background check, prior to working with youth.
As a camp volunteer, you play a crucial role in ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and enriching experience for campers. Below is an outline of your responsibilities during your time as a volunteer:

Support Camp Staff: Assist camp staff in organizing and implementing camp activities, help with setting up and breaking down to clean up activity areas, organizing supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe camp.

Greeting parent's and checking in and checking out youth to parents.

Promote Camp Values: Embrace and promote the values of the camp, such as respect, teamwork, inclusivity, and a love for nature. Help create a positive and supportive camp culture for all participants.

Be Flexible and Positive: Be adaptable to changing circumstances, challenges, and unexpected situations that may arise during camp activities. Maintain a positive attitude and approach in all interactions
