About the event

Program: Recycling, Repurposing & Understanding the Connection to Eco-Conscious Consumerism

Join Black Girl Environmentalist for an interactive crafting workshop,  and explore the concepts

of recycling, repurposing, and eco-conscious consumerism.

*Utilizing recycled materials is a creative and sustainable endeavor.

* Repurposing discarded items, promotes environmental consciousness and reduces waste.

Learn to turn everyday items such as newspapers, plastic bottles, bags, & more into new and

useful creations.

Be introduced to the principles of "Recycle. Reuse. Repurpose." Engage in discussions on making positive impacts on the environment through creative reuse.

Participants are encouraged to bring recyclable materials, which will be transformed into repurposed treasures by the end of the evening.

A beverage & light foods will be available for purchase before & after the session.
