Representative artist for California, and New Orleans. Takarra “KariJay” Johnson loves influencing change through education, hip hop, travel, and spoken word poetry. Kari has recently dropped a trilogy project entitled, Sacred with Hip Hop & Afro beat sonics as an independent artist. She has opened for phenomenal acts like Fiveology and legends Nikki Giovanni, Sonia Sanchez, and Sista Souljah.
